Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers and Project Managers with project coordination and documentation.
• Order equipment for install‑base projects and perform general office duties related to fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler systems.
• Upload and maintain projects and contracts via Job Design/BBI.
• Monitor status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler).
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives about material and labor requirements.
• Ensure required engineering is performed to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with TIS supervisor and/or construction manager on customer labor requirements.
