With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, the Marble Setting Foreman is responsible for supervising workers, preparing reports, and managing apprenticeship training. You will also recruit and train staff while utilizing CADD and computer software systems in the process. Being adept at reading blueprints will be essential for estimating costs and materials effectively.
