Job Description
TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when dispatch activity requires.
You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and Office 365 issues, perform IMAC tasks, manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support events. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and adherence to SLAs.
