Job Description
Maximize your IT skills as an on-site Infrastructure Analyst for our client in Minnesota. This contract-for-hire role focuses on advanced Tier-2/3 support and infrastructure troubleshooting in a hybrid environment.
We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst who will independently manage the entire on-site IT function. You will provide tiered support, oversee endpoint management, and ensure system performance while collaborating closely with plant operations and centralized IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced Tier-2/3 technical support for users
• Manage endpoint devices including workstations and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and oversee repairs
• Conduct systems administration for M365/Entra ID
• Facilitate user access and manage group policies
Requirements:
• Proven Tier-2/3 infrastructure experience
• Hands-on expertise with hardware and endpoint support
