This is not a typical office role. We are looking for a reliable Backoffice Assistant to support daily operations on-site in Dubai Silicon Oasis. DIE GEISSENS REAL ESTATE LLC operates at the intersection of luxury real estate, social media content, lifestyle and TV production, backed by Germany’s most recognized reality TV family, broadcast weekly on prime-time television for over 15 years.

Responsibilities
- Support administrative and operational day-to-day tasks.
- Prepare, organize and maintain documents, records and internal data.
- Assist with CRM updates and other internal systems.
- Coordinate smoothly with different departments to keep operations running.
