Job Summary:
The On-Site Applications Engineer will be based on the customer site and will oversee matters related to Flowserve’s mechanical seal products. The role includes troubleshooting, customer training, performance reviews, and ensuring agreed KPIs are achieved.
Responsibilities:
Handle all assigned activities at customer location. This includes all correspondence, open orders, drawings, recommendations, proposals, failure analysis, engineering/service support, provision of training, closing active quotations, coordination activities, establishment of KPIs with target setting and conducting quarterly and annual performance meetings.Provide timely reports to management and customers on KPIs and other correspondence as necessary to manage the overall health of the customer partnership.Provide on-site analysis of failed seals and equipment and perform an in-depth root cause failure analysis (RCFA) as required, working with all departments ...
