Job Description
+ Assist all local hiring activities and procedures.
+ Assist all comp and benefit regular administration
+ Assist all talent development / corporate training etc. administration
+ Assist all local employees in engagement promotion, events, and activities.
+ Assist maintaining HR policies, guidelines, standards, etc.
+ Assist local community relation activities, ERG, etc.
+ Assist all ad hoc tasks in HR
+ HR working experiences
+ Using HRIT operating experience
+ Basic understanding regarding labor law, social security, Income tax, etc.
+ Excellent communication in Japanese / Practical communication in English
