This individual will support omni‑channel fulfillment programs, including Ship‑from‑Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store, ensuring seamless execution and strong operational performance across retail locations. The role focuses heavily on organization, communication, and process execution – managing ticketing systems, maintaining documentation, supporting store teams, and identifying operational improvements.
