As an O&M Manager, Visayas, you will:

Telecom Tower Operations & Fuel Management

• Overall responsible for the smooth operation of the O&M Fuel Management function supporting telecom tower sites, including coordination with tower companies, MNOs, and OH&S & Quality representatives.
• Proactively identifies operational, power, and fuel‑related risks that may impact site uptime and SLA compliance; prepares mitigation and contingency plans in advance.
• Conducts regular site inspections of telecom tower facilities (DGs, fuel tanks, bund walls, power systems) to ensure compliance with government regulations, client requirements, and telecom industry standards.
