Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive O&M Administrator to support our Operations & Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient system performance, excellent customer service, and timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing helpdesk requests, coordinating RMAs, monitoring system performance, and engaging with customers to drive additional service opportunities. This role is in office at Lexington KY.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the first point of contact for O&M Helpdesk calls and inquiries
+ Monitor solar system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner
+ Troubleshoot issues and escalate to field teams or technicians as needed
+ Coordinate and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes with vendors and customers
+ Maintain accurate records of service tickets, system issues, and resolutions
