Job Description
SUMMARY The Senior Consultant / Associate will join Oliver Wyman’s Finance and Risk practice in Madrid, working with Iberian and European partners to support Banking and Financial Services clients on finance strategy, credit transformations, capital modelling, pricing, planning and risk analytics, including AI‑based risk modelling. The role involves a 6‑month onboarding period before taking on independent workstreams. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage small to mid‑sized project teams, delivering high‑quality consulting outputs. Shape client problems, develop hypotheses, and design and execute analytical frameworks. Coordinate research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
