As an Okta Tenant Administrator in the Kyndryl Identity organization, you will protect computer systems and networks from evolving cyber threats.

You’ll employ best practices and support processes to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Kyndryl identities while providing secure Single Sign‑On, Identity Governance, and advanced server access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Okta tenant to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of identities.
• Respond to incident tickets and requests in ServiceNow.
• Provide customer support for Identity Management end users.
• Investigate, contain, and recover against cyber threats.
