Job Description

We are presently recruiting for an Offset Printer for our clients in County Offaly. You will come with previous experience as a Printer, specificallyĀ ofĀ workingĀ andĀ runningĀ Off-set printingĀ pressĀ orĀ webĀ fedĀ reelĀ press.Ā FullĀ introductoryĀ trainingĀ willĀ beĀ provided.Ā This is a permanent position, based in County Offaly.

Duties:

  • PreparationĀ ofĀ machineĀ forĀ printingĀ i.e.Ā organisationĀ ofĀ plates,Ā inks,Ā boardĀ etc.

  • ManagementĀ andĀ reviewĀ ofĀ jobĀ listĀ toĀ ensureĀ allĀ informationĀ isĀ correctĀ andĀ jobsĀ areĀ readyĀ forĀ printing.

  • AchieveĀ theĀ colourĀ andĀ register.

  • EnsureĀ allĀ documentationĀ isĀ completedĀ andĀ informationĀ isĀ correctlyĀ addedĀ inĀ SME-UP.

  • EnsureĀ wasteĀ isĀ keptĀ toĀ minimumĀ duringĀ production.

  • EnsureĀ fullĀ lineĀ clearanceĀ isĀ completed.

  • CarryĀ outĀ maintenanceĀ onĀ theĀ machineĀ asĀ perĀ maintenanceĀ schedule.

  • ReportĀ faultsĀ orĀ anyĀ issuesĀ whichĀ mayĀ impactĀ production.

  • ManageĀ theĀ stockĀ level...
