Job Description
The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
+ Support the day-to-day processing and settlement of Japanese domestic equity transactions.
+ Perform trade verification and transaction processing to ensure accuracy and completeness of booking instructions.
+ Monitor settlement activities and assist in resolving settlement breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner.
+ Perform cash and securities reconciliations, data validation, and control checks in accordance with established procedures.
