File service department records and handle correspondence as directed by branch head.
To relieve the cashier as and when the need arises.
Make sure all fillings are in proper order and neatly stored. Housekeeping is essential as it reflects the workshop’s image.
Perform miscellaneous typing and clerical duties.
To prepare request for payment, local purchase order (LPO), staff overtime summary and send all required reports before deadline.
Responsible to perform other duties requested by superior.
Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
