Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform initial intake, screening, logging and classification of requests, ensuring proper routing of demands.
- Conduct initial analysis and troubleshooting of recorded tickets, identifying possible causes and logical solutions and directing cases to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain active contact with customers via chat, phone, email or other channels, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
- Provide guidance, answer questions and record important information to ensure continuity of the process.
- Schedule technical visits for installation, repair, plan changes, relocation within premises or service migrations.
- Handle both outbound and inbound service interactions with internal and external customers.
- Monitor activities and routes of installation and repair teams, providing support to field technicians and minimizing impacts on the customer journey.
