Job Description
We are looking for a polite and professional Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle administrative and clerical duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm professional manner.
Answer incoming calls direct them appropriately and take messages.
Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing photocopying and document handling.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Coordinate with office staff and support administrative functions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration is a plus.
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
