Location: Batley Carr, Dewsbury, WF13
Hours: Full Time, Site-Based
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 2:30pm
About the Role
THH Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Batley Carr, Dewsbury.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office & Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy manufacturing facility.
This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for managing both office and production functions, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and creating a positive working environment. The role covers app management, production planning, dispatch operations, health & safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
