As our business continues to grow in Finland, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Vantaa. In this role, you will be a key support to our Managing Director and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Project Management. You will coordinate a broad range of operational and administrative activities that help ensure our business runs smoothly every day. This position offers a high degree of independence and responsibility. It is well suited to someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and supporting a growing business in a practical and hands‑on way.
