Your Duties:
- Plan and review office services and set priorities for staff
- Allocation of human resource and specialised equipment for individual clientsย
- Manage accounts and record work
- Problem solve and facilitate resolutions for of problemsย
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and stocked
- Ensure OHS and safety regulations are metย
- Comply with relevant legislation and company policies
- Supervise and train staff, performance manager and assist in hiring staff
