Job Description

Overview

Our client, a local organization based in Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for a high powered Office Manager.

For this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage, organize and coordinate all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running and function of the Chairman's Office and to ensure work is being executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Head of Departments and to ensure effective communication and followโ€‘up of deliverables pertaining to the Chairman's Office. Administer the regular Head of Departments meetings โ€“ circulating agendas and minutes.
  • Ensure administrative systems are fit for purpose and used effectively by team. Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management, incoming and outgoing mail, minutes of the Chairmanโ€™s meetings and unified templates throughout the Foundation.
