Office Junior Administrator

£23,500 per annum, plus benefits

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Leeds, LS12

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our LS12 based client to recruit an Office Junior Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our client has been based in Leeds for more than 50 years and are looking for someone to support the day to day administration duties of the team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a small team setting as well as being a long term career opportunity.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Manage incoming calls with excellent phone manner, directing inquiries, as necessary
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management
