(Office Hours!! UP $3K) 3 Months Contract to Perm Front Desk Assistant / Treatment Coordinator @Orchard #HJCT
Monday to Friday 9-6pm. Saturday 9-1pm. Sunday and PH off.
Job Scope- Patient registration
- Cashiering
- Attending to feedback of customers
- Attending to patient enquiries
- Explain to the patients what kind of treatment they will be receiving prior to the procedure
- Value added service, justify to the new customers why their product is worth that value - no sales
