Overview

We are looking for a proactive Office & Facilities Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations of our office while delivering a great employee and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities services
  • Coordinate employee onboarding (workspace, access cards, orientation)
  • Oversee building management requests (cleaning, lighting, HVAC, maintenance)
  • Support internal events, client visits, and executive meetings
