Job Description
- Ensure all design plans are set within the necessary government laws, building codes and client requirements
- Perform site inspection
- Review design plans and prepare cost estimate/BOQ/BOM
- Initiate contractor/supplier bidding, assess bids and quotations and provide recommendation for awarding
- Recruit and supervise contracted staffs on needed repair requirements or construction activities
- Identify materials, equipment, and/or services
- Set timetable from design phase, permitting, construction phase, project close-out, and until client turnover
- Secure from the Design Team the necessary details to clarify the construction working drawings to ensure proper execution of work
