TitleOffice Administrator
Job Responsibilities- Handle front desk duties including visitor reception, call handling, and meeting room coordination
- Manage office facilities, including cleanliness, equipment, pantry supplies, and overall workplace environment
- Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, etc.) and monitor service quality
- Support general administrative tasks such as mail handling, invoice processing, and internal data management
- Oversee office security operations, including access control, visitor management, and workplace safety support
- About 5 years of related experience.
- Japanese language skills is advantage to communicate internally and externally.
- Salary: S$4,000-6,000 (depends on experience)
