Office Administrator

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle front desk duties including visitor reception, call handling, and meeting room coordination
  • Manage office facilities, including cleanliness, equipment, pantry supplies, and overall workplace environment
  • Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, etc.) and monitor service quality
  • Support general administrative tasks such as mail handling, invoice processing, and internal data management
  • Oversee office security operations, including access control, visitor management, and workplace safety support
Job Requirements
  • About 5 years of related experience.
  • Japanese language skills is advantage to communicate internally and externally.
Other Information
  • Salary: S$4,000-6,000 (depends on experience)
