Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and responsible Office Administrator to support multiple functions including office administration, warehouse clerical documentation, and management support. This role will be assigned across different operational areas depending on business needs and requires close coordination with internal departments and the China headquarters. Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration

Provide general administrative and clerical support for daily office operations
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate company activities
Handle office supplies, facility arrangements, and basic administrative tasks
Liaise with internal teams and external parties including government agencies when required
2. Warehouse Clerical Support

Maintain and update warehouse documentation such as DO, GRN, and inventory records
