Job Description
PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION Grande Prairie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented to support daily office operations and help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
Answer phones, manage customer inquiries, visitor reception and schedule appointments.
Maintain project files, documentation, and company records.
Conduct customer follow-up and quality assurance calls.
Track customer satisfaction and address concerns as needed.
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration.
