Responsibilities
Coordinate employee onboarding, including the preparation, tracking, and issuance of company assets, onboarding kits, and corporate items.
Assist with basic IT setup, including laptop deployment and user account creation for new hires.
Maintain employee records, databases, and administrative documentation with accuracy.
Prepare employment-related letters and provide general administrative support.
Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Coordinate office seating arrangements and ensure workspaces are ready for new employees.
Manage office supplies, printers, and workplace facilities, while liaising with external vendors for maintenance and office services.
