About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and HR shared services. This is a dynamic role where you will handle both administrative duties and HR processes, including employee records, insurance and training coordination.
What You'll Do
1. Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and documentation
Oversee stationery and pantry supplies (ordering, stocking, inventory)
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and manage invoices
Coordinate with vendors and supervise office cleaning services
Handle issuance and tracking of corporate apparel (e.g., T-shirts, jackets)
Administer office access, passes, and locker assignments
