Job Title: Offer Industrialization Leader (OIL) - Data Centre Cooling
Position Summary
The Offer Industrialization Leader bridges the gap between R&D and Mass Production for critical cooling infrastructure (including Chiller, CDU, and CRAH/CRAC units). This role ensures that complex thermal and mechanical designs are seamlessly translated into scalable, robust, and cost-effective manufacturing processes, delivering high-quality, factory-ready cooling solutions on time and at target cost.
Core Responsibilities
* HVAC Design for Excellence (DfX): Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews for large-scale cooling units. Focus on optimizing sheet metal fabrication, structural welding, copper piping/brazing networks, and electrical cabinet routing.
