Job Description
Main Purpose
- Guide onePSS sustainment with site leadership, OE managers and onePSS community, providing guidance to sustain continuous improvement culture.
- Promote change management in close collaboration to regional, local and/or functional change managers, guarantee structures and resources in place to manage changes, develop people and sustain OE.
- Train the trainers on onePSS topics and develop training programs.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Guide onePSS implementation in close collaboration with Row Crops and Crop Protection manufacturing teams and in alignment with global / regional production system scope and roadmap;
- Manage onePSS diagnosis and related Operational Excellence initiatives across the country cluster and support site activities to improve results
- Participate on best practices communities for elements in the regional level, represent Latam in the global OE/onePSS forums.
