Position Overview

Ocean Operations Executive (Global Forwarding Agent) – Manila, Philippines (Paranaque City, Manila). The GFA is the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the full shipment lifecycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by understanding processes, documentation, and terminology from purchase order issuance through cargo delivery.
• Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and create solutions for internal and external challenges.
• Coordinate shipment tasks to meet all customer SOP requirements, including booking approvals, pre‑alert processing, governmental filings, delivery execution, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with international team members and third‑party agents to ensure efficient service and creative problem resolution.
