Occupational Therapy Pediatric Team Lead and Glenrose Feeding/Swallowing Service – Clinical Lead, Pediatrics. The Pediatric Team Lead supports operational needs for the Occupational Therapy Department and supervision of clinical staff. The Feeding/Swallowing Pediatric Team supports children from birth to 18 years of age. The patient population serviced has complex, tertiary-level needs. The primary roles of the Clinical Lead are supporting the team by providing mentorship and education, organizing clinical processes/scheduling and triaging/completing intake for referrals. The Clinical Lead will participate in multidisciplinary feeding/swallowing assessment and develop care plans in collaboration with the family and team. The successful candidate requires a strong background in assessment and management of pediatric eating, feeding, and swallowing concerns.
