**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
**CommonSpirit Health at Home leverages AI-powered clinical documentation to reduce documentation, enhance work-life balance, and maximize patient time.**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **Occupational Therapis** t to join CommonSpirit Health at Home. The OT will provide skilled therapy services to patients in their home evaluating the patients abilities and needs, setting goals and developing a plan to help the patient achieve independence, improve their quality of life and prevent potential health-related problems.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include exercises’, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices to improve patients functional abilities.
