This full-time position at Cobequid Community Health Centre allows you to utilize your expertise in developing individual treatment plans and delivering essential rehabilitative services. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team ensures holistic support aimed at enhancing independence and well-being for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients and formulate treatment goals collaboratively
• Deliver community outreach and therapeutic interventions
• Educate and support families in treatment processes
• Oversee OT trainees and assist with clinical education
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate from a C.A.O.T recognized Occupational Therapy program
