What you’ll be doing
You’ll support children, adults and older Australians with disability, developmental conditions and injury recovery through:
- Functional assessments
- Home modifications and assistive technology
- Capacity building and independence programs
- Individual and group interventions
- Working closely with families and the wider MDT
