Job Description
Responsibilities
- Performs assigned EHS tasks following standard operating procedures and safety and quality requirements.
- Maintains the accuracy and integrity of records, documentation, and transactions.
- Supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
- Keeps documentation and records accurate in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Escalates issues and risks promptly to the supervisor and monitors corrective actions.
- Conducts safety briefings and incident/accident analysis and investigation meetings.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in Occupational Safety
- Civil Firefighter training/certification
- Experience in industrial environments
- Hazardous work release / permit-to-work routines
- Chemical emergency response
- Ergonomics techniques
- Fire prevention and firefighting certifications - NR 23
