Job Description
GF Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Device Development Engineer to undertake detailed characterization of Non‑Volatile Memory (NVM) devices, including FeFET technologies. In this role, you will design new device test structures, develop process flows, and ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
