Job Description
We’re looking for an engineer to lead the design, release, and validation of NVHI components for upcoming vehicle programs.
Responsibilities- Design & release NVHI components
- Ensure performance targets are met
- Coordinate validation testing and resolve issues
- Support launch and production programs
- Benchmark components and drive continuous improvement
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 1–5 years in automotive interior/exterior or NVHI component releasing
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, FEA, mold flow
- Strong communication + cross-functional collaboration skills
