As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will spearhead initiatives that boost productivity and safety in Nutrien's underground mining operations. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will identify opportunities for improvement while coordinating project logistics and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will also provide mentorship to CI Interns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
