Job Description
The Nursing Clinical Instructor oversees clinical education, ensuring alignment between classroom theory and practical application while maintaining institutional standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs job functions consistent with the institution’s vision, mission statements, and core values.
- Complies with institutional policies, procedures, and systems as contained in the administrative and operations manuals, memoranda, and related issuances.
- Participates in course development and evaluation activities together with the Clinical Coordinator.
- Interprets program goals and learning objectives for learners with staff at practice sites.
- Assists the RLE Coordinator in day-to-day liaison and coordination between the affiliation center or clinical agency.
