37.5 bi‑weekly (8 and 12‑hour shiftwork; Days, Evenings, Weekends)
Pay and Incentives
NP-35 (CAD 52.31 - CAD 64.92 per hour plus a bi‑weekly pensionable Market Adjustment up to a maximum of $415.35) (currently approved until Feb 28, 2027, with possibility of extension)
The following Sign on Incentives may be applicable and can be combined:
- Signing bonus: up to $10,000
- Come home incentive: up to $60,000
- Student bursary: up to $10,000
