Job Description
Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Family Medicine nurse practitioner to join the Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding Department in Anaheim, California. In addition, conducting telehealth visits once a week, a key success factor of this position is educating providers to improve the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of clinical documentation and HCC coding to accurately reflect the patient's true clinical picture.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual capable of finding solutions to problems, working collaboratively with peers, and educating others.
