As a **Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)** at **Conviva Senior Primary Care** , you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
You will work onsite at our South Padre Island Drive clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas. You will report to our Associate Medical Director.
