Job Description
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced **Nurse Practitioner** to provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on comprehensive patient care for individuals of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and post-hospital follow-up. You will work closely with a dedicated Medical Assistant in a collaborative clinical environment using Epic EMR.
