Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations for Nurse Practitioners
- Mentor team members on complex care issues
- Support evidence‑based policy and protocol development
- Identify opportunities for clinical service improvements
- Act as an on‑call NP for consultation escalations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years NP practice experience
- Experience in a virtual care environment is an asset
- Proficient in interpreting clinical performance metrics
- Master of Nursing required
- Valid registration with NANB in positive standing
