- Salary: 85,000 to 165,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 1,680 hours per year
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
- Work hours: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined
Work must be completed both in person and remotely.

- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team
- Coordinate patient care
- Evaluate patient care and progress
