Nurse Coordinator
Location: Camden, NJ
Shift/hours: 40 hours/weekly, 8am – 430pm
Position Overview
The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all clinical aspects of patient care within a designated specialty or outpatient practice. This role works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, seamless care transitions, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work within designated center of excellence to coordinate all clinical aspects of the Neurological Institute's practice, working closely with the treatment team of Neurosurgeons and staff.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive clinical knowledge of treatment indications, assist with organizing weekly conferences, protocol follow up, education, and clinical care of patient.
