Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, Primary Health Care, this position oversees a range of Primary Health Care programs and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring smooth operation of those programs, providing supervision and direction for the staff, and consultation on complex health issues. The programs provide direct services in health promotion, community development, disease prevention, intervention, diagnosis, and treatment for groups, families, and individuals in the community. Primary Health Care programming follows a circular model of holistic health care, adapting service provision to the unique socio‑demographic and health needs of each network population.
